Fleur de Lis Passsage / Fleur de Lis Street
The removal of the street art along Fleur de Lis Passage is ongoing and we are engaging specialist advice on the original condition of the brickwork and the plans for restoration as part of the wider development.
Investigations around the Network Rail retaining wall
Following the recent clearance of vegetation around the Network Rail retaining wall, we will shortly be commencing works to investigate the wall’s foundations.
The section outlined in pink on the below plan highlights the site area for these works, adjacent to the Network Rail retaining wall. Some excavation work will take place (where the blue box shows) to determine the foundation of the wall.
This is due to start on Monday 19th February and is expected to take approximately four weeks to complete.
14 – 19 Norton Folgate
Lastly, on Thursday 15th February, we will be undertaking some structural surveys within the building at 14 -19 Norton Folgate. These works will be confined to within the building.
We will keep you informed as activity progresses onsite. If you have any questions about the project or would like to speak to someone from our team, please feel free to get in touch.
