Loom Court and depot site planning consultation

As part of our original planning permission, we had intended to demolish the entirety of Loom Court and the depot building behind it on Blossom Street and Fleur de Lis Street.

We have since been exploring whether to retain and refurbish Loom Court, and build an extension to it on the depot site. This would house an office-led scheme providing more flexible space for growing businesses. It would also mean increased sustainability benefits and reduced construction impacts from retaining the building.

We held drop-in events on Thursday 16 May 2019 and Saturday 18 May 2019 to display these proposals. You can read the exhibition display boards in the gallery below, or download a copy here.

We are analysing feedback received, which will help inform our plans as they develop ahead of submission of the planning application.
