Here’s a brief update regarding activity around Blossom Street. We hope you find this update helpful but please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
Blossom Street: Mock fire and emergency evacuation next Thursday 13th May 2021
The Blossom Street construction team are required to perform a mock fire and emergency evacuation on site each year to ensure that in the event of a real fire, the protocols for safe evacuation are met. This year the mock evacuation will be taking place on Thursday 13th May 2021, at approximately 10am. This means that some of the construction workforce will be congregating on Elder Street, Fleur De Lis Street and at the end of Blossom Street for a short period of time following 10am, as these are the site fire assembly points. This evacuation will be completed with the workforce split into 3 different groups, in an effort to try and minimise any impact.
We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused by this and will endeavour to complete the mock evacuation as quickly as possible, so as to cause minimal disruption. Thank you for your cooperation and please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any queries.
