Loom Court and depot site planning application

British Land has now submitted a Planning Application for Loom Court and the adjacent depot site on Blossom Street and Fleur de Lis Street (also known as Site 3). This office-led scheme would see Loom Court retained and refurbished, with a new build extension on the depot site to deliver more flexible space in an area of high demand.

The application, including all associated documentation, has now been validated by the London Borough of Tower Hamlets and can be found on the online planning portal, searching for application reference: PA/19/01608/A1.
